Tributes This Memorial Page Established by-Robert Hopkins In Honor Of Joshua J. Cullins Joshua J. Cullins (Josh) was killed in Afghanistan Oct 19 while disarming a roadside bomb. Josh was a U.S. Marine Sgt and his duty was bomb difusing. Josh was also an active Los Angeles Police Officer and had returned Afghanistan for his last tour of duty before returning to his job as a Los Angeles Police Officer. Josh was my neighbor and known him since his childhood. I had the highest respect and admiration for this young man. May God Bless. November 17, 2010 Roxanna Josh, I didn't find out about what happened to you until yesterday, November 16, 2010. I am so saddened by your loss. I am praying for you and your family so much. I can't believe that this happened. Josh, I will always remember how much you made me laugh and the great times we had. One thing I will remember most is your passion for being a Marine. Everytime you reminisced and told stories about your duties you would light up so much. I remember thinking to myself, wow, this man is amazing for all he has done. Josh, you have done so much with your life. More than the average person can say that they have done. God bless you Josh. October 21, 2010 Rosemarie Estrada Pangelinan In Honor Of Staff Sgt Joshua Cullins To the Cullins family and all the fallen soldiers.....My heartfelt condolences. My heart breaks for all our men/women fighting for our freedom. My son is in the 3/5 Battalion in Helmand Province. My heart drops each time I hear of another soldier losing their life......Please keep the faith and know they died for a reason...for our freedom. October 20, 2010 Jennifer O'Connor In Honor Of Josh Cullin To all family members of Josh Cullin, may our good Lord bless him as Josh enters the gates of heaven. I pray for the remaining family that are grieving for Josh today and this day forward. He is one of many of our fallen soldiers. Praise him God for he sacrified his life in a horrific war. Not only did Josh risk his life in Iraq but he was a member of the Los Angeles Police Force putting Josh in arms way there - and honorable man. Rest his soul. My prayers and thoughts are with anyone that knew this blessed man. Love to my beloved friend Berenda who informed me of her nephew's passing. |
