To my friend, Sgt. Blake W. Evans, Jr., who was killed by an IED in Iraq on 5/25/08.  Thank
you, Blake, for your sacrifice.  Thank you to all our men and women in the military.  Without
you we wouldn't have much to be thankful for.  HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

IBill and Judy Evans and I lost touch years ago, but I've never forgotten them or their
friendship.  As I was trying to locate Bill and Judy, I stumbled upon this awful news about
their son, Billy.  I have not seen him since he was a child, but remember him well as a sweet
kid who helped his mom and dad with his sister Heather and all of his siblings. I am
heartbroken for this family and hope that we can connect so that I can express my
condolences in person.  The entire Evans family is in my prayers.  Eileen Wayte
