Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Wash.; died Nov. 13 in Mukhisa, Iraq, of wounds
sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated during dismounted combat operations.
Also killed was Cpl. Peter W. Schmidt.

SERGEANT Christopher R. Kruse, 23, of Emporia, Kansas.
Kruse died while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom on November 13,
2007. He was assigned to the 2/23rd Infantry Regiment. My condolences to
his family and friends. God Bless.... Christmas in Arlington... Rest
