Tributes Memorial Page Established By Dianne Barody In Honor Of John R. Wright In loving Memory of my brother John R. (Ricky) Wright of Daleville Al. He was with the 101st Airborne division out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was on the ill-fated Arrow Air that crashed on take off in Gander, Newfoundland on Dec. 12, 1985. They say it was the day the Eagle Cried. We still don't know the cause of the crash and all the records have been sealed. They were coming home from their tour of duty in the Sinai.
